Carter LS Building is run from Wolverhampton and works across Wolverhampton, the Black Country and the towns around them. The person who visits your house, prices the job and shakes your hand is the person who runs the build. There is no sales team, no call centre and nobody quoting from a spreadsheet who has never seen your property.
We keep our own trades busy year round rather than picking up whoever is free that week. The same bricklayers, joiners and finishers move from job to job with us, which is why the standard does not change from one project to the next.

An itemised quote in writing. The figure we agree before work starts is the figure on the final invoice.
Build and handover
One point of contact through the job, a site left tidy every evening, and a full walkthrough at handover.
