Your enquiry is sent to us by email at info@carterlsbuilding.com. We do not use your information for marketing, we do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of legitimate interests: you have contacted us about a potential project, and we need your details to reply. If we go on to carry out work for you, we process your information as necessary to perform the contract.
Hosting and analytics
This website is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel keeps server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and to keep the service running.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is anonymous, does not use advertising cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, so we can refer back to earlier conversations if you contact us again. After that, we delete them. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and warranty purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or restrict how we use your information
